Los Bulgaros son la union simbiotica de varios microorganismos, específicamente de bacterias y levaduras. Se alimentas de leche entera y produce acido láctico, acido aceitico, y alcohol. Los bulgaros se preparan cuando se les agrega leche y de resultado se genera el famoso kefir. Una bebida similar al yogur sin lactosa.
